Apple TV - Airplay from iCloud

Hello,

after two years of abstinence I became an iTunes Match subscriber and got rid of my spotify premium account.

So far I really like it.

One big thing is to have my playlists directly on my Apple TV. In its preferences I found the "airplay from iCloud" section which should allow to get content directly from the store/iCloud when I am airplaying from my iPhone, right?

This doesn't seem to work so smoothly. The song takes forever to buffer, certainly 20s or so and the responsiveness for example when I skip a song is bad and, again, takes very long to actually happen on the Apple TV.

How is your experience with it? I would like to start and manage the music via iPhone but make the Apple TV the source of the content without having to switch my tv on.

I don't have it, but I might get it since it can give my ripped songs better quality.

Anyway, I helped myself and figured that the remote app does exactly what I want. It can play content from iTunes Match without going over my iPhone.
