Do I have to be logged in

I was looking to get a apple tv to stream all my burnt movies from my iMac. Currently My iMac has to users. My question is if I'm not logged in will I be able to stream a movie from my settings.

Also any other set up help would be great.

Not logged in where? Into iTunes, into your iTunes account on the ATV? Into your computer? In order to stream media from your Mac to your ATV, you have to be logged into your iTunes account on the ATV, and on the same wifi network. Your Mac must be on and iTunes running. You don't have to be logged in to iTunes on your Mac if you are using Mountain Lion and the Airplay feature. But if I am reading your question correctly, yes, your Mac must be on to stream media from that computer to your ATV.

I was talking about user account not different iTunes accounts.
