802.11g vs wired

I was streaming netflix Ken burns national parks over Fios and was generally happy about. On some scenes with half the screen black I got wicked blocking. I switched over to wire but that didn't seem to help.

Is this an issue of encoding vs bandwidth?

I have mine on a CAT6 ethernet cable and haven't had any issues with quality. Did a large file start downloading or anything while you were watching?

I'd guess its nothing more than a bandwidth issue...
