Netflix and Dolby digital 5.1 surround sound

Ok I'm a bit disappointed. I've been streaming netflix for years on my TiVo hd. It could not stream both sd and dd5.1. I bought ATV on assumption that it could.

I've only tried the movie Contact and Ken Burns National Parks in HD.

Anybody get Netflix to stream DD?
