So i noticed this game show up on Apple TV (4th gen, obviously) and immediately bought it for ten bucks. It is essentially a port of the iOS version with some allowances for navigating menus, which is not particularly well done on either version, but whatever.
Playing the game itself is okay, a little bit laggy but i suspect it may be in part due to needing some aspects of the game to fully download.
I never bothered trying to use the Siri Remote because honestly who is going to play that way? Using it with the SteelSeries Nimbus has nearly no control lag, not enough to adversely affect gameplay.
I havent played a console version in forever since i no longer own any consoles. It is not as good as even 2k9 on PS3 but passable for my uses, including launching 3s with Steph Curry all day.
So theres my review, ill say 7/10. What do you all think, and who is your fave player on the game?
