    Thumbs up Apple support and repair-very good experience

    1-11-15 (Sunday)
    MBA would not turn on-only a dull gray glow. Contacted chat support on my iPad. Troubleshooting didn't fix it. Tech tries to make Genius bar appointment-none available for at least one week. Next closest store (30 miles away) only has one appointment-Saturday (six days away). Offers mail in and I agree. Return box will arrive within two days.

    1-13-15 Mail in box arrives and I take it to FedEx that afternoon.

    1-15-15 FedEx delivers my repaired computer before noon. Less than 48 hours after I shipped it!

    Logic board replaced under AppleCare, saving me $150 or so according to EBay prices.
