Apple Music

It seems to me that even after I have downloaded music and added to playlist that I have to end up redownloading doing all that and I still can't take music off and add it somewhere else

Music in the stock Music app are non-transferable, I.e: you can put music on your iPhone through iTunes or Apple Music but you can't send it or transfer it from the iPhone to some other medium.
