Apple Music purchased playlist issue, what can I do?

Apple Music purchased playlist issue

So since signing up to Apple Music and iCloud music library i noticed that my purchased playlist under the playlist tab in apple music is not sorted in the correct way and does not mirror the way it is sorted and organised on my mac I've been onto Apple about this but they said they dont know what is causing this. did this happen to anyone else or is it expected behaviour as some people in apple told me it was others told me it wasnt. everything else is working fine with apple music just when i click on my purchased music playlist in apple music the songs are organised wrong and album art is different to it is on my mac do you know why this is
