How do I get Apple Music on my Apple TV

I have subscribed to Apple Music via iTunes on my laptop and it works there. How do I get it to work on my Apple TV?

Apple Music is available on the 4th generation Apple TV, so if you have that device, you can access Apple Music through the Music app. Apple Music is not available on earlier generations.
