can I download apple music for offline listening?

I have tried to follow instructions provided on this site to install offline listening but I do not appear to have the option entitled "make available offline"

Welcome to iMore! They changed it in a recent update because many were confused. LOL
It now shows a cloud like you see in your app purchased list. Tap the cloud to download to offline. Afterwards, it shows a phone icon with a check.
You see the phone icon here. It's where you will also see the cloud if it's online.
