Why can't I make Apple Music available offline?

Why cant i make available offline

I have apple music and i know i made the payment for this month, but for some reason i do not have the option of making songs available for offline, the options not even there. Can anyone help me resolve this? has anyone else had this problem.

Not sure what you have tried or what you see. But when you tap the 3 dots to the right of a song title, there should be a cloud icon with an arrow. Tap that to download to offline. Afterwards it will show a phone icon with a check to indicate it is offline on the phone.
