Some Albums Not Available in Apple Music

I only have 2 examples so far but it is frustrating. TobyMac's This Is Not A Test - Deluxe Version isn't available but the normal version is (less songs). Also, Flame's Royal Flush (2013) isn't available. And when I say not available I mean for streaming. They are both there to purchase. Did I miss something that keeps me from streaming these albums?

It's highly likely that the label doesn't want the deluxe version be streamed to keep the exclusivity alive around that release.

As to Flame's Royal Flush, it could be a licensing issue with the label.

That is kind of what I thought with TobyMac's deluxe version but I didn't understand the Flame album when he has other albums there. He could have changed labels and they might have an issue with Apple but not Amazon Prime. I found it there.
