How can I get the Zedge app working on my iPhone 6 Plus?

I downloaded the Zedge App on my Iphone6 plus. Can't dl anything

When I go to download anything it says it can't.

As far as I know on IOS the only way to add ringtones is to purchase them through Itunes or to add files through Itunes that you haved saved on your computer. I've used Zedge on Android and I don't believe it works the same here. I downloaded the app on my iPhone and I only see the option for wallpapers. So looks like it wont work.
