iPad safari wont connect to the internet despite a working internet connection and some games still

My iPad was working perfectly until for some reason it randomly stopped working, my Iphone still connects and can use the internet perfectly fine but my iPad just doesn't wanna work, Boom Beach does still connect to the internet and I can play without any problems, I have hard reset it the ipad as well as the obvious disconnecting and reconnecting from the wifi and turning it off again and on again but nothing seems to work

Put the iPad into DFU mode and restore via iTunes.
