The colours on my iPad have changed and blunted since I bumped it.

After I bumped, or knocked my I pad the colours are changed an of lone , blurred . The I pad is still working but hard to read and see the screen.

It probably won't work, but I would try to reset your device by holding the power button and home button down simultaneously until you see the Apple boot logo.

Other than that it may be necessary to take a trip to the nearest Apple Store to have them look.
