Can I import pictures from a broken iPhone?

So I dropped my iPhone and the touchscreen doesn't work anymore. Is there any way I can import the pictures from the camera roll into my windows pc since I can't unlock the phone anymore?

Im not sure if Windows PC's are the same but on my mac if i plug my phone into it with a lead then photos automatically starts reading my photos.... you can then import whatever ones you like. Let me know if this works.... good luck

The photos may be in an iCloud back up. You can check at iCloud.com on your computer.
