I would like to know how to get rid of useless day or time auto added to each note I add on my iPad.

I don't need the date or time I created or updated the note. That info does me no good & especially changing or updating note, it just gets useless or confusing. Small thing, but would appreciate the help.

Welcome to iMore! The date and time stamp is part of the design of the Notes app and there is no option to turn it off. I have my notes synced between multiple devices so the feature is quite useful to me. That's just me though
