Why isn't my iPad camera working on FaceTime?

My iPad camera is not working on FaceTime

Since I updated my iPad to iOS 9.0.2 my FaceTime camera is not working, I can see the caller's video but they can't see my video. I had already tried everything mentioned on internet but nothing works out. Please help it's really annoying.

Try a fresh restore by hooking your iPad to your computer. That should fix it. If that doesn't help make an appt. with the Genius Bar to swap it out.

Does your FaceTime camera work for taking pictures using the Camera app?
Have you tried a good old hard reset?
Have you tried turning FaceTime off and then back on in Settings > FaceTime?
