is it possible to change the clock placement on the lock screen of my iphone

I am tired of the clock size on my lock screen of my phone always being on top of my pictures. Is it possible to move the clock lower on the screen? or change the numerics size?

Not without jailbreak... and the latest iOS release fixed the jailbreak vulnerabilities...
