Problems during & after upgrading to iOS 8.4 on iPad
I'm using an iPad 2. After 7 attempts and 3 days of trying to download iOS 8.4, it finally worked but not without having to resort to using my backup after losing everything. This meant that my main app, Navionics, required that I re download all my charts which took a further 5 days. When almost complete, one chart hung and now the opening Navionics page comes up but nothing happens when I click on OK rendering it useless. The only advice I'm finding is to delete the app and start again! Surely not. Even were I to do this, what guarantee do I have that it won't happen again. We're cruisers using this as our primary means of navigation so to have problems with it is critical.
