I moved from Galaxy 5, and used Audiko app for ringtones, very comfortable app with stock of ringtones that users made.
How I can set song as a ringtone on my iPhone?
Is it a site with "reday" ringtone (alreday in format m4r)?

I get mine straight through iTunes! Also Zedge has ringtones.

Yep. You need to use iTunes on a computer and sync them over to the iPhone from the computer.
