How do I get my iPad off from settings if it is locked there.

I downloaded Vshare onto my iPad and it crashed the app I was on and brought me to the contacts page/app and I can't get it off from it, how do I get it off from it?

If holding the home & power buttons and letting go when the Apple appears on the screen and rebooting doesn't help - since vshare is a piracy/hacking tool, you're on your own... iMore does not support helping people with hacking/piracy tools.
