Can I desensitize the touch screen on my iPad?

can i desensitize the touch screen on my ipad

I'm doing photo editing on my iPad. But when I'm working with layers, it seems that they move and shift if I simply breathe. Unfortunately, I have a tremor that is getting worse and makes it impossible for me to hold my hand steady. Can the touch be made to require more force?
