I'm an avid runner and I noticed while using my AirPods today, sporadically the sound would quickly go from the left to the right then both AirPods. If anyone has had this issue, what did you do to solve it?

I've had an issue like that before but it happend only once. Maybe disconnect them completely and reconnect.

You can also reset the AirPods and start the entire pairing process again.

1- Go to Bluetooth on your iPhone and forget the AirPods. You will get a notice that removing them will also remove them from all paired Apple ID devices.
2- Put the AirPods in the case and open the lid.
3- Press and hold the pairing button on the back until the LED flashes Orange then back to white.
4- Close then open the lid near your iPhone to do the initial pairing again

You will need to rename them if you wish and set up your preferences again since the restore will wipe all that out.
