Car BlueTooth Hands Free Kit

I am looking to purchase a BT kit for a my car, mainly for streaming music. I do not have a cassette player or aux port that most adapters require. I was looking at just the cigarette outlet adapter, but couldn't decide if they are any good.

Anyone have any thoughts/experiences?

Also, do all adapters stream use FM settings to do so? I have tried these years ago and the static is really annoying.
