I have searched many places and can not locate a lightening to RGB line in to view iPad 4 on a TV. Does anyone know of any upcoming invention of this type.

Get an AppleTV... And necessary adapter to convert from HDMI out on the AppleTV to whatever your TV needs going in.

I am wanting to avoid that expense. The plan is to use my lightening to HDMI converter wire to hook to the TV using the invention idea I had wrote about.

By the time that idea becomes invented you would have saved enough money to cover that expense 100 times lol.

On a serious note though, if that idea was to be invented it would have been by now. But hey you can always take the idea to shark tank
