I love their cases but they take a long time to get them out.

They are a pain to remove. I've had mine on my 5 for a year, and have only removed it twice to clean the screens.

i tried this case out once, bought it from walmart full price but when i got it i tried call quality it sounded horrible. i guess if you can get used to that its great. i loved the feel the build of it made my phone feel like a tank. hated call quality.
