So the first LifeProof I bought for my ip5 had sound quality issues, they sent me a replacement that had a hardware flaw, the mute toggle wouldn't toggle the iPhones switch. So they sent me another replacement. I got an iPhone 4/4S model, so I double checked the email, it says iPhone 5, I double checked the receipt it came with, says iPhone 5. So why did I get an iPhone 4/4S model? I took a picture of the box and receipt with both models clearly legible and sent it to them in an email and asked them to find the problem. We'll see what happens.
