Any suggestions for a car-mount for the iPhone 5 in a Prius?

Now that the iPhone5 has voice directions, I'd like to mount it (like a Garmin, Tom Tom) to the vent (preferred) or the windshield of my Prius.

Any recommendations?

iMore has quite a few at iPhone 5 Car Kits & Mounts - iMore Store but I can't say which one will work with the Prius interior vents.

Most generic vent mounts work with vents that have horizontal slits. The Prius vent is different (with small-height vertical slits).

Not really Prius-specific, though I use this one in mine (2010). You have the option of the beanbag mount which is very stable, or suction cup to the windshield.

Thanks. I am more inclined to go for a vent mount or something closer than the dash, in case one has to touch the screen like when using music/phone apps on the iPhone. Also, the audio jack is in the armrest and not on the face-plate of the radio.. which makes the wiring simpler if the iPhone is closer to the armrest. Besides, I have a bean-bag for my Garmin sitting on the dash.

I don't route any wires anywhere just the voice itself. Also if you have the Garmin there isn't the iPhone redundant?

Indeed, quite a selection. Which one of those will work well with the center vents on the Prius? ... That is the question....
I don't want bean-bag or suction cup designs (for proximity).
Tetrax system looks pretty good, if it will grip the vent slots of the Prius.

Yes, for navigation. But it is still handy to have the phone in front of you vs inside the armrest for music apps, phone calls etc.

We use the universal mounts from Verizon it goes in a vent or is a dash sticky. We use the vent adaptor. It works very well.

This is the setup I use for my 2011 Prius / iPhone 4S... it should work just as described since iPhone 4S is the exact same width as the 5. (The 5 is just taller).
