Derp: No 30 pin - Lightning Adapters?

I was surprised to learn that the Apple Store had no adapters available today. I thought that would be a hot item and one they'd certainly have in stock. I wanted one for my backpack to carry to & from work and use in my office for syncing to my MacBook.

The Apple site says "available to ship in October" so I guess I'll be using the sole included cable and toting it around for a few weeks.

To qualify: I'm really happy I got the phone I wanted today, and in reasonable time and love everything about it, so if this minor annoyance is the worst that happens, I'll take it.

They were sold out the first day of pre-orders, with the iPhone 5's... I'm sure more will pop up soon though, it's not like it's more difficult to make than the iPhone 5.
