iPhone 4S Headset/Dock/Bluetooth Advice

I've just taken a new job which will see me working from home in a job that heavily revolves around telephone work.

I'm planning to use my iPhone for this rather than my homephone as my contract gives me unlimited calls and we never have signal problems where we live.

I don't really like the idea of spending 4 hours a day holding my iPhone to my ear though.

Can anybody recommend some solutions?

I'm thinking perhaps a docking station at my desk to keep it charged and just using a bluetooth headset for calls but having never used a bluetooth headset I am curious about call quality?

I use a Plantronics Voyager Pro HD and it works great. I also use my phone for business and I am on calls all the time. Even from the car it sounds crystal clear.

That headset will give you about 6 hours of talk time.
