Does anyone know of a rubberized new iPad + Smart Cover compatible case? I'm basically looking for a black iPad case that has a rubberized/siliconized back cover. I've found lot that are hard plastic, but haven't found one that is rubberized. I take that back, I did find one, but it was from mid-2011 and I can't find them for sale anywhere anymore.

If anyone has any suggestions, please let me know!

P.S. I did look through the guide, but didn't really see what I was looking for unless I missed it.
