Otterbox Reflex or Otterbox Commuter?
I want a case that will protect my phone without being super duper bulky. I had a skullcandy case I really liked, but its camera cut out was poorly designed so if you used the flash, it turned the pictures red (the color of the case). Currently I have an Ozaki iCoat Backbone. It really looks awesome, it looks like dark wood and I love it. But the kickstand on the back is poorly designed and doesn't snap flush like it should when closed. This is a really minor thing really, but due to the type of person I am it really, really bothers me. So I have finally broken down and decided I will get an OtterBox because they have a good reputation. I don't want an impact because i despise silicone cases. So that leaves me with either a Reflex or a Commuter. Which would you choose? Input from owners (particularly if you have had both) is greatly appreciated. Or any other case suggestions? I'm also considering an Incipio Edge or Seidio Innocase but neither of them have as good of reviews on multiple sites as the OtterBox Cases.

I can't comment on the reflex as I've never tried one. The one feature I do like on it is the rubber siding on the back so it prevents sliding if you have it on a slippery surface. I do own a commuter case and I like it a lot. Good protection and not much bulk to it.

I had the Commuter Case for my iPhone 4 before selling it and getting the Mophie Juice Pack Air for my 4S. The Commuter Case provided great protection with minimal bulk. I dropped my 4 numerous times with the Commuter Case on it and it kept it well protected. It also slid easily in and out of my pocket. I can't comment on the Reflex Case but highly recommend the Otterbox Commuter.

Well If you want your phone to look brand new when you resell it and add a few dollars cause the case is included then I'd still go for it but it's all personal choice.
Magically beamed through the internut on my LifeProof'd iPhone using Tapatalk.

The LifeProof does look nice. I have always been a fan of the Defender. Recently though I have been using my Commuter with a Zagg Shield on the front and back. That way I get Drop protection and Scratch protection. That way my iP4 will remain looking as good as New!

Otterbox are good but have you looked at the Trident Krakin AMS
I have the Defender but I like the Krakin it has the silicon on the inside and the plastic is on the outside. The Krakin AMS has a kick stand that can be removed and replaced with other accessories like a tripod mount. Here is there website tridentcase.com

I over researched and finally decided on the OB Reflex...and I regret it.
It looks nice, seems like it would provide good protection but it is a very tight fit ( peeled up a part of my screen protector, and scratched the side (silver) of my phone....and I only had it on a day. I can just imagine how scratched it would be if I used it for docking purposes, which was one of my main reasons for picking this case.
