Case problem

I bought a case from a kiosk at the mall and I cannot get it off! It's a black case that has a top part and a bottom part and it covers the back but does not cover the hold or volume buttons, what should I do!

Do you have an invisible shield on the back? I put my phone in the Incase Slider case with an invisible shield on the back. I seriously though I was going to break the phone to get it out.

Be patient and work with slow constant pressure.

Yeah I do have one on, but I finally got It off and I'm kinda afraid to put it back on hahahaha

Take the invisible shield off before you put the slider case on again.
