Customizable iPhone cases

I'm thinking about getting a custom case from Zazzle. Have any of you used ever used them to make stuff? The cases actually look pretty well-made... I'm not a graphic designer at all, so I probably won't be making my own, but there are plenty of designs on their iPhone page. Here's an example of one:

I have tried custom cases before in Zazzle. Its really awesome, you can also try this in Zazzle. And they also have lots of beautiful iphone cases.

I just ordered my 2nd zazzle case for my Iphone 4. The first one I ordered for my bf's iphone 4 it came broken. But I called them and they sent me a replacement one right away. I wish they were a little cheaper though.
