Retro Handset

Has anyone actually purchased one of the retro telephone handsets and used it with an iPhone? There are a couple of vendors selling both wired or Bluetooth old style handsets to use with a cell phone. Almost useless except for the fun factor of driving down the road with an old handset or even around the office or home. There's is one from a brand called YUBZ that's wired.
