Screen protector on oleo-phobic screen?

what reaction does the newer oleophobic screens have with stick on screen protectors?

I had a buggy 3GS with an InvisibleShield; I noticed pretty frequent lapses in the phone recognizing multitouch commands. I have no idea whether it was the phone itself, or simply the shield interacting with the phone, but my new 3GS has no issues sans screen protector. I'm leaning towards not using one from here on out.
