Hello iMore,

Do you use the 'Reduce Motion' setting in iOS7? Personally I do as I find the animations to be slow and slightly annoying, I am curious to see the results of the rest of the iMore community, so take the poll and shout out below.

No I do not use the reduce motions. I personally like the zooming in and out effects. At first when iOS 7 was revealed I wasn't completely sold on the overall look of it. Howevr after some months I'm warming up to it. Still not a fan of the flatness of icons or loud color pallet.

I'm using the reduce motion option now. When iOS 7 was released I preferred the zooming and animations. It got a bit annoying.

I will enable it as soon as Apple resolved the bug that causes the springboard to crash if you have Reduce Motion [ON] and use TouchID to unlock your phone. Supposedly it’s fixed in iOS 7.1... but an not running 7.1 yet (need a stable device while on call at my job)...

Nope, doesn't seem to affect battery life much either. I've grown accustomed to them and like seeing the cool ways dev's implement them.

The zooming and animations are ok, but I prefer to use the reduce motion option with the fade-in/out switching.
